Dinner Menu

All entrees served with a salad, fresh local dinner bread, dessert, coffee and tea.

SALADS

Mixed Green Salad
Red leaf lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber and avocado served with Italian dressing

Spinach Salad
Spinach, red onion, crushed walnuts, feta, and dried cranberries served with homemade maple roasted garlic balsamic vinaigrette

Kale Salad
Finely chopped kale served with a plant-based “parmesan” made with roasted pecans and nutritional yeast topped with dried cherries and lemon-pepper garlic dressing

DINNERS

Nita’s Herbed Chicken
Baked boneless chicken breast breaded, topped with white wine, onion, butter and parsley sauce and served with a side of rice, fresh vegetable and cranberry sauce

Vermont Black Angus Beef
Sliced Sirloin au Jus served with twice-baked potato and fresh vegetable

Roasted Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin cooked in cherry reduction sauce and served with rice and fresh vegetable

Baked Salmon
Salmon filet baked with a lemon-dill sauce and served with a side of red potatoes and fresh vegetable

Chicken Parmesan
Breaded boneless chicken breast, baked in marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and served with a side of pesto pasta mixed with vegetables

Burrito Buffet for groups under 30
Tortillas, Tacos, rice, ground beef, sautéed chicken, mixed vegetables, black beans, refried beans, corn, Guacamole, cheddar cheese, sour cream and Green Mountain Gringo salsa

Stir-fry Buffet for groups under 30
Mixed vegetables, sautéed chicken, sautéed pork or beef, fried tofu, tempeh and whole grain rice

Vegetable Curry with Tofu
Tofu, cauliflower, broccoli, red pepper, onion, carrots and zucchini served with curry sauce over brown rice

Lasagna
Layers of pasta, marinara sauce and a blend of ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses with either mixed vegetables or beef. We also offer the vegetable lasagna with a side sausage marinara sauce

Cookout for groups under 50
Buffet of burgers, dogs, sausage, veggie burgers, BBQ chicken breast, roasted potatoes, green salad, fruit salad, pasta salad, chips various other sides

Apple Crisp
Maple syrup sweetened apples from local orchards under a yummy crisp served with vanilla ice cream (GF option available)

Mud Pie
Coffee ice cream in a chocolate cookie crust topped with warmed chocolate sauce topped and whipped cream

Raspberry Mud Pie
Coffee ice cream and frozen raspberries in a chocolate cookie crust topped with warm chocolate sauce and whipped cream

Lemon Cake
Tangy moist lemon cake with a sweet lemon glaze (from Silver Palate Cookbook)

Triple Chocolate Brownie
Served with ice cream, chocolate sauce and whipped cream

Chocolate Cake
With vanilla or chocolate frosting, served with ice cream (GF option available)

Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp (seasonal and GF option available upon request)
Strawberry-Rhubarb sweetened with maple syrup, topped with a crisp made with brown sugar, flour, oats and butter, and served with vanilla ice cream

Lunch Menu

All lunches are served with a homemade soup and a bountiful salad bar with a variety of dressings! Additional side goodies include but are not limited to homemade pickles, hard boiled eggs, potato chips. All fruits and vegetables are fresh and we procure locally grown produce whenever possible.

Bruce’s Chili
Top secret moderately spicy beef and/or vegetarian chili, served with grated cheddar cheese and sour cream

QUICHE

Bacon, spinach and onion; ham, broccoli and onion; feta, cherry tomato and broccoli; spinach, red pepper, zucchini and onion; or green pepper, mushroom and onion.

ASSORTED SANDWICHES

Grilled cheese, grilled ham and cheese, and cold cuts, tuna and egg salad

Chick peas, crumbled feta cheese, parsley, garlic and lemon juice

Beets, goat cheese, parsley and sweet French dressing

Sesame Noodles
Somen noodles with tamari, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil and pan roasted sesame seeds

Baked Tofu with Rosemary Marinade
Sliced tofu baked in Rosemary, lemon, balsamic and tamari sauce

Napa Valley Coleslaw
Cabbage, toasted shaved almonds, radish, scallions, and cilantro with creamy soy ginger cayenne pepper sauce

Guacamole Salad
Ina Garten’s famous spicy lime flavored guac salad with black beans, red onion and avocado
